PROJECT SUMMARY
City 1 Developments partnered with RealAgency to deliver a complete visual and
conceptual strategy for their flagship project, The Light.
When the client approached us, the development was still in its early design stage and
required a clear creative direction to define its identity and market appeal. Our task was to
develop a comprehensive visual concept — including the landscape design vision
and interior design concepts for the main public and residential areas.
In addition, we were responsible for producing all marketing visuals necessary for the
project’s launch: high-end 3D renderings, presentation videos, and 3D animation
sequences designed to showcase the lifestyle and character of The Light.
RESULT:
The client received all visual and marketing materials on time and at exceptional quality,
despite a tight launch deadline — enabling them to successfully launch The Light to the market as planned.
This collaboration became a benchmark for how RealAgency’s full-spectrum creative
approach — combining strategy, design, and visualization — can transform an
undeveloped concept into a market-ready real estate product with strong visual identity
and sales potential.
