This luxury project faced a major challenge. The website, the visualizations, and the overall appearance did not reflect the premium character of the development. The website was not mobile-optimized, resulting in a significant loss of inquiries.

Welcome to Bellevue 74
A sunrise photo shoot, a hero rendering, and a complete redesign of the website—including performance optimization for mobile devices—were essential to rescue this project. Despite a very limited budget, we were able to elevate the brand to the right level with just a few high-quality visualizations and a clean, modern website.
The interior design of the interior renderings was also upgraded to meet the expectations of the high-end target audience. In addition, the construction progress was documented through emotional drone films to effectively appeal to international buyers.
