A prestige project for the developer, real estate agents, and our marketing agency. In addition, we created a high-quality brochure, construction site branding, and social media ads to further enhance the success of our online and offline campaigns.

A place to flourish

We wanted to appeal to an international audience, so it quickly became clear that the project needed an English name. Being only a few minutes’ walk from the Pötzleinsdorf Castle Park, and inspired by the beautifully resonant word “to bloom”, the name “Park & Bloom” was born.

For this project, we were able to draw from the full spectrum of our capabilities:
a short video animation for the landing page, high-end luxury interior renderings, an apartment finder module paired with illustrated exterior visualizations, a hand-drawn site plan, and drone photos documenting the construction progress — all designed to convey confidence while showcasing the truly exceptional views.

The branding, visual language, and web presence were crafted to match the expectations of a luxury-focused target group. Our clients deliver the highest level of quality, and this must be reflected in both the marketing and the communication.
