IG Immobilien is as diverse as the real estate industry itself — and that diversity deserved to be translated into film. At the same time, potential employees should gain an impression of what it feels like to work for this company (employer branding).

A friendly and authentic glimpse into the world of IG Immobilien. Appealing visuals and real people who inspire trust.
No actors — real employees, real decision-makers, real people. That was important to us, especially because the film also serves as an employer branding piece. For this purpose, we developed a concept that we called MosaIG: the idea that everyone in the company contributes to a single mosaic, creating something great together.

An unexpected advantage of this approach was that it helped ease the nervousness of some interviewees — we interviewed them casually while they were at work. This allowed us to capture honest and genuine moments from people who truly enjoy what they do every day. You can’t get better employer branding than that.
After three shooting days at various locations to cover all asset classes, we were able to produce not only the main film but also dozens of social media clips — giving our client months’ worth of content. See for yourself.
