A small but sophisticated drone video, edited rhythmically to a modern music track to evoke the right emotions in potential buyers. We also used the opportunity to produce a vertical, social-media-ready reel to promote the property in a compact performance campaign.

Within Vienna’s city limits, drone flights require proper certification and authorisation from Austro Control (ACG). We filmed once during the day and again at night to allow greater creative flexibility in the editing process. After aligning with the client on the perfect music track, we created 3D text inserts to highlight the property’s key features in writing. The social media version of the film works without text—but is no less compelling. In editing, we generally follow the rhythm of the music, which makes the right tempo crucial for a cohesive final cut.

The result is two modern and engaging video productions that communicate everything you need to know about the property in just 90 seconds. They spark emotion and make viewers eager to experience the space in person.
