A strong idea from the developer required an equally strong presentation. Combining new construction and historic renovation across two addresses in Vienna’s 4th district, “Quartier Starhemberg” unites the best of tradition and modernity.

Living well-protected in Wieden
Our historical research revealed that 100 years ago, the historic Südbahnhotel once stood at our project address — followed, several generations later, by a traditional hat factory. “Living well-protected in Wieden” became the slogan we agreed upon with the client, allowing us to weave this beautiful story even further into the branding. The project is being developed with the same care and dedication once practiced in the hat factory, while simultaneously honoring the charm of the old Südbahnhotel.
With the branding for “Quartier Starhemberg,” we achieved exactly that. The premium brand evokes associations with Vienna, Mozart, Sachertorte, and Melange — appealing to both national and international buyers.
To generate additional high-quality offline leads for our client, we utilized Theresianumgasse and Favoritenstraße, installing an elegantly designed façade mirror and a GEWISTA advertising column to draw further attention to this unique real estate project.
