One of the most prestigious projects in the city. 104 luxury units directly on the Danube needed to be presented in a way that matched their exclusivity. In addition, the construction progress was to be shown and communicated effectively.

RESULT:
Commissioned by Zeiger Marketing / WK Development for the project “The Shore,” we delivered a comprehensive package of services including visualizations, 3D renderings, a virtual tour, drone footage, and construction documentation. These measures were designed to create powerful marketing materials for the overall sales strategy of “The Shore” and to visually accompany the construction process.
The produced content—from detailed visualizations to dynamic drone videos—addresses both marketing partners and potential buyers. The aim was to convey a complete and compelling picture of the project, showcase the construction progress clearly, and spark interest in this unique development. By using advanced technologies such as 3D visualization and drone photography, we were able to capture the distinctive characteristics of “The Shore” from multiple perspectives, thereby enhancing the project’s appeal to a broad audience.

Welcome to The Shore
Everyone in the Viennese real estate scene knows this project, and we are proud to have been part of it from the very beginning. It’s always rewarding to see a development take shape two years after our initial visualizations — and to see it look exactly like it did on our screens.
And because it’s “The Shore,” we naturally went a step further: from the stunning renderings, we created several virtual reality tours — both interior and exterior — to give future owners an even deeper sense of the unique feeling they will experience at handover.
The construction site itself was no less impressive and deserved to be showcased properly. We visited once a month to document the progress with our classic film and photography equipment. As a little extra treat, we occasionally brought our FPV drone to capture truly unique shots of the project.
And of course, the timeless classics — construction documentation and timelapse footage — continue to inspire and impress potential buyers, as long as they are executed in a modern and compelling way.
