As part of presenting an architect-designed villa in Slovenia, we implemented a diverse media strategy to highlight the property’s appeal and spark the interest of potential buyers. Under optimal weather conditions, the entire shoot was completed successfully within 2.5 hours. Using a drone, we captured aerial footage from up to 120 meters without requiring any special permits.

The documentation included high-quality photography specifically prepared for use in brochures and real estate listings, ensuring a visually compelling presentation of the property. Additionally, we created a virtual tour that allows potential buyers to bridge the physical distance and experience the home immersively. This tool is particularly valuable for increasing interest and showcasing the villa’s architectural features from multiple perspectives.

We also produced an aerial video using drone footage. This multimedia approach not only enhances the property’s visibility but also promotes higher user engagement and longer watch times across platforms.
