INITIAL SITUATION:​

Four existing apartments and a potential attic extension, combined with three newly built townhouses on the same property in Korneuburg — a blend of historic renovation and modern construction in Vienna’s commuter belt.

TARGET GROUP:​

Families and young couples.

RESULT:​

After just three months, the project generated twice as many inquiries as comparable developments in the area.

A rendezvous of city and countryside

With this project, we aimed to communicate two key aspects to the target audience: the combination of historic-building renovation and new construction, and the location in Korneuburg. In 1300, King Albert elevated Korneuburg to city status — the inspiration behind our name. The English term “Townhouses” further clarifies the project type and resonates with a modern audience.

On the website, we split the landing page into two sections: new construction on the left and the renovated historic units on the right. This structure highlights the project’s versatility. Through the colours and design of the illustrated leaves, we emphasised the location, the proximity to nature, and the family-oriented character of the development — perfectly tailored to the target group to generate even more qualified inquiries.

Fitting the audience, we also launched a highly targeted social media campaign that, thanks to precise targeting, was shown exclusively to young families and young couples.
