INITIAL SITUATION:
50 newly built apartments directly at Matznerpark required a strong brand presence to encourage young families and singles to submit an inquiry to our client.

RESULT:
Within a very short time, our client was able to sell the majority of the apartments and subsequently shift their focus to leasing.
PARK IN SICHT
Living where city and park become one
We wanted to highlight the park while also creating a premium brand for our client. Even though the units are affordably priced, our goal was to develop branding that stands confidently alongside the competition.
The name “Park in Sicht” ultimately came from the client. We liked it immediately and were happy to adopt it — it fits both the target group and the project’s overall quality.
The specially painted façade is subtly reflected in the logo, and for the colour palette we opted for soft, pastel tones — not too bold, because the project itself is understated in the best way. With the generous outdoor spaces, we decided to feature them right at the top of the landing page, enhanced with a light video animation. Since we were also responsible for the visualisations, they blend perfectly with the rest of the website — a difference you can truly see.
The experience is rounded off by a simple apartment finder that shows prospective buyers which units are still available.
