Our first project for BIP Immobilien. The 46 units on Schimmelgasse required high-quality marketing materials and a professional online presence to simplify and accelerate the sales process.

An elegant project website featuring an apartment finder module, a views module, and appealing visualizations — all perfectly coordinated.

Your home in Vienna’s urban oasis
The name “Schimmelgasse” was to remain, so it quickly became clear that we would reference the horse in the logo to avoid any potential negative associations.
A full-width hero visualization of a penthouse apartment creates an immediate sense of warmth and invites visitors to explore the project further. As with all our projects, every element of the website is carefully coordinated. Interior and exterior renderings, texts, graphic details, and the color scheme not only complement the architecture but also reflect the spirit of the project.
Additionally, we integrated a user-friendly apartment finder and a module that allows visitors to view the actual outlook from each floor. All in all, a well-executed and highly appealing presentation for a real estate development.
